TAKE specializes in a unique model of non-programming, technology related services from our Offshore Delivery Center. We call this 'TPO or Technology Process Outsourcing'. TPO is a separate service offering at TAKE involving 'repetitive', 'non-programming' activities using 3rd party tools and software. Many a times companies are faced with the challenge of looking for resources who can be trained on a tool or software and perform ongoing repetitive activities using that software. We currently are providing TPO services in 2 technologies and have the capability to get trained in other tools and perform TPO Services.

• Crazy Talk - Animation services - We have a dedicated team of designers who modify animations using CrazyTalk software on an ongoing basis for our clients.We have defined a unique process of coordinating the day to day activities of this team and have well defined metrics to analyze performance.
• Microsoft SoftGrid based Sequencing/Packaging services - TAKE has a dedicated team of application packaging / sequencing experts who have been trained in Microsoft SoftGrid technology. They take up the task of sequencing and deploying software applications remotely thereby reducing costs and increasing ROI for our clients for large-scale deployment of applications in desktops / servers.
